You start GT Traffic Racer on a busy highway and get to drive a variety of GT cars, some of which are questionable. The handling is so responsive that you'll soon be comfortably weaving through gaps that look like they can't be crossed.
How to play GT Traffic Racer
There are three fun game modes, one of which requires you to handle a bomb on board. If you drive in a way that would get you in trouble in real life, the near-miss combo system will reward you. The faster you go, the bigger the payouts, especially if you hit oncoming traffic!
Once you've made enough money for your crazy antics, you can choose from American muscle, JDM favourites, and Euro picks. Even though the sessions are short, there is a good amount of grinding to do if you want to unlock all the characters and all of their upgrades.
It's kind of like driving in an arcade, and you need to hold on tight. The steering is so responsive that it's almost like the cars have four-wheel steering. When going 150 km/h, you can switch lanes, and the car will stay where you point it.

Features
You won't do any more damage if you hit the barriers along the sides of the highway, so you can use them as escape routes when a gap closes faster than you thought.
There's no drifting at all, which is a shame. The car grips up perfectly, even at full steering lock, which you'll quickly learn is too much. The back end just goes where the front ends go.
